Hello everyone

We have had another delivery of manure to the allotments.

Last time, some people didn’t get their share before it all disappeared. So…

  • For the period to Monday 5th December, only people who didn’t get any last time should help themselves to make sure that they aren’t unlucky again this time. Allowance is 10 medium barrowloads per plot.
  • After that, it’s the usual system of help yourselves (same allowance of 10 barrowloads).

As before, this manure is free for takers.

The soil conditioner will be available again in the spring when we start to get our plots moving.

Sheds on the Allotments

All allotment holders should receive notification direct from the Parish Council, but as a  reminder the following conditions have been issueud:

  1. The Parish Council must be notified before the shed is erected. The allotment holder must inform the Parish Council where on the plot they intend to erect the shed.
  2. The shed must be small, of tactful design, made of wood and brown in colour.
